Project Experience
Stirling Road
External brick slip and render system on a high-rise residential scheme. Responsible for developing facade system packages in line with building control and guarantee requirements. Produced full technical detail packages ensuring facade system and ancillaries were compliant with UK standards.
RAM Quarter
Zinc cladding and external facades on a high-value mixed-use development comprising commercial and residential accommodation across 324 units. Full facade design coordination from concept through to construction issue.
Chobham Manor
Zinc cladding and balcony detailing on a residential project close to Stratford. Extensive coordination with structural engineers and other subcontractors to deliver a fully integrated facade solution.
Keybridge
External cladding and flat roofing to a large-scale residential and commercial development across 415 units. Required close project coordination with multiple trades to deliver a seamless envelope package.
Putney Parklife
Design and specification of an SFS framing system, cement board substrate and rainscreen cladding across a contemporary mixed-use office development in Putney. Coordinated closely with specialist installers and structural engineers to meet a strict programme, ensuring full technical compliance and seamless package delivery.
Granville Road Estate
Design and specification of an SFS framing system, cement board substrate and rainscreen cladding across a large-scale residential regeneration scheme in NW2. The aluminium panel system was also fixed directly to brickwork, requiring careful coordination of fixing details and load paths across mixed substrates.
